hi mommies I was taking the gummy prenatal but now all they do is make me throw up all of a sudden…

My prenatal was doing the same to my. My dr told me to chew 2 flinstone vitamins before bed every night. It has the same stuff in it and will not make you sick.

maybe try the pill kind or a script from your doctor

mine did the same so now I take Flintstone complete vitamins I asked my doctor was it okay to take them a customer told me about them he said yes they have almost the same amount of stuff in them as prenatals

you should always talk to your doctor before following anyone else's advice, but my prenatals made me super sick and my ob told me to stop taking them until 21 weeks and she will have me start again. In the mean time she told me any children's vitamin would be fine, you could do chewable or gummies, and that then had me question if the children's contained enough folic acid for the baby, and she advised that I could take only folic acid and skip the vitamins.
