Question Mamas...Can you ban someone from going into your room in the hospital? Tomorrow I'm having my baby and don't want a certain someone in to even see the baby, can I ask hospital to not let this person in?
@jassybby6991, security in maternity wards are better then the white house lol. At my hospital there id must match them and is scanned into comp and info is printed on a sticker attached to the shirt. Even if they go out to smoke or what not they have to be verified by id again to get back in. When you register let them know who you dont want there and ide be willing to put noney on it that you wont ever see them at the hospital.
@mommytodelmar, @proundmommytobe18 @ladygemini992 @hermommy that's great help mamas. thanks a lot
you tell the nurse that certain person is not allowed and they make sure they don't come to your room you .ca also private list and give people your "password"
they ask for the name if its a visitor so jus give em their first last name
Theyll ask for you to describe them and if they let who ever it is in just tell the nurse and they will make them leave
You can tell them who you don't want there, they won't give out your room number or anything. and you can ban certain people for calling your room as well. I did that where I had my son, and they listened for the whole 6 days I was there.
@ladygemini992, first thing I'm going to ask when I get there! thanks
@proundmommytobe18, but do they ID them? or how will they know? I'm kind of wondering how it works!
At my hospital they have you come up with a password and have everyone that wants to come in tell them so they can have access to you. You should ask if they have something like that 👍🏽
