So, DCF didn't go talk to my kids today because my case worker was "busy in court doing something" (hopefully not something for my case!) and then he said he will be tomorrow or the following day be at their school....also, he asked me what my schedule is like...which concerns me. Why? I have a feeling he was getting some kind of search warrant for my house and they are planing on bringing it and dropping by unnanounced.....This is not me being paranoid, its me being ready. Im not an idiot.

don't they have to tell you these things? what the hell happened to innocent until proven guilty which you won't be.

I just read something that said (not direct quote, just the jist) "if they don't have a warrent, even if they have a police officer with them, you absolutely do not have to, and should not, let them in your house. unless it was already a case or you requested for them to come, you have every right to keep them out of your house. tell them as little as possible but be polite, no matter what tactics they use. they will try to get as much information as possible to build a case against you, do not give them any information that could incriminate you. do not let them speak to your kids or search your house without a warrent and or your consent" if I can find the article again, I'll give you the link

@hermommy, I know, right?? Its getting ridiculous and to be quite honest, Im sick to death of the constant heart attack dealing with these people. Im incredibly sick. I should sue for emotional distress because Lord knows these people are severely interfering with my life and causing me undue stress....Im serious when I say Ive never been so sick or nervous. I have heard SO many horror stories about these people - I believe them all!

@arijane316, thank you for the link! Ive been doing a lot of reading up on this stuff so I can educate myself as much as possible. I hope to be done dealing with these people as soon as humanly possible. Its an absolute pain in the ass.

I have heard some pretty bad ones too, it's quite sad they are doing this to you it's obvious your a great mom and care these are our babies not theirs!! teachers need to do more research before just throwing family's under the bus, please stay healthy girl
