my job keeps scheduling me on days i have my dr appts. and since i have to see 2 drs now, there being real jerks to me. giving me attitude and putting me in class rooms where the kids are bad and the little kids room so im constantly up and down. (i work at a daycare) and making me work 9 hours a day with only 1 hour break and i cant eat during the day unless my break. im over this job

it's not illegal sadly, they can do that because she is an employee.
what would be illegal is if they fired her and said it's because she's pregnant.
they are just trying to make you quit so they won't be liable or get in trouble for firing you

I work for a preschool/daycare and they where doing the exact same thing to me I had to get a doctors note in order to start working full time because they wouldn't approve my request. I think my job wants me to quit as well but they can't find someone to replace me with the same certifications and college credits I have
