Help please! Every time I stand up or move positions and try to walk I have terrible pain in my foo! 😫 I have to literally shuffle to get to the loo! Has anyone else had this? Should I be concerned or did anyone find anything that helps? I had a bath late last night but didn't help. I also have the worlds worst midwife so haven't had an answer from her and probably won't for about a week 😒

Sounds like lightening pains, I had this, it's totally normal, it's your baby's head rattling against your pelvis xxx
I just spoke to my mum and she said she had the same thing with all 3 pregnancies 😔 just to try and and stay comfortable and baby should move eventually and the pain will go away probably got its little head on a nerve as its getting lower x
It's a shooting pain in the foo and it literally feels like stabbing/lightning hitting your bits lol I had it a few months ago when the little one kept kicking down into my bits but this is on the outside x

Defo feels like lightning! But it's not quick pain it will stay there depending on what position I'm in 😔
