I'd call the doctors and see what they say since you have a history of a miscarriage they may want you to come in to be seen

that's totally normal if you're cramping severely and bleeding. and passing tissue then worry

That happened to me a couple of times I agree with @noemysmom it might be ur ligaments stretching. I was worried sick too bc I had a miscarriage but I turned to be fine
