Earlier I felt the most excrusiating pain in my left hip..shot me right down 😩

Sciatica it sucks Tylenol & a heating pad may help that's the only thing that helps me

this was my hip though..not pelvic bone. usually sciatica is in my pelvic bone area :(

I've had sciatica with my last two pregnancies it goes from my hip all the way down to my leg I can hardly walk when it strikes lol
