So I am only 22 weeks and 3 days and I'm dilated to a centimeter and 50% effaced. Praying they can get a treatment going tomorrow and help keep preterm labor from happening 😞 Seems I have the worse luck /:

progesterone shots called McKenna(?) is what I was on with my first son and he was only 4 days shy of his due date!!!!!

Hopefully you can get an emergency cerclage and progesterone shots like @snowbaby313 said. I've had my cerclage since 14wks and been getting shots since 19wks. I had a previous preterm pregnancy, but I'm currently 28wks Wednesday. treatment is doing its job.
