How do I know If I'm dilating!!! Idk if it's to much info but I get tighten in my stomach and it's like my girly thing feels like fat like lose sorta but not swelling any I'm 33 weeks and 2days and I can feel a little pressure

Idk if I lost mucus plug yet or not like 2days ago I had a little discharge when I wiped and that was it but it was like clear slimy like whitesh @stephnagy2
im 30 weeks and I've been dilated a finger tip for over a week now. the hospital checked when i went in
plus if you've lost your mucus plug checking for dilation can lead to infection. that's why doctors try not to do it often in your last few weeks.
All my obgyns told me you shouldn't start dilating before 36 weeks sounds like it could also just be Braxton hicks I went threw the same thing at 35 weeks

no. even if you do dilate 1cm or so, it's not labor and not uncommon.
I know not labor but would that be considering dilating though @jillian8886
