I would have a major fit. Maybe you can't buy gifts or go out and do anything but I think it's important you two spend that day together. Even if it's just Netflix n some pizza. It's YOUR day. Claim It!

I agree she does need a man. mother's who are so clingy and dependant on their children are annoying and cause so much damage. Valentine's day is a couple's day. and i hope this doesn't upset you but you so should understand you being upset and should've told her no :(
