Ugh this nine year old girl that lives in our neighborhood just walked in my house without knocking…

Ugh this nine year old girl that lives in our neighborhood just walked in my house without knocking and started screaming and crying? Cause she missed the church van...and commanding me and my boyfriend to take her to church.. I said have your mom walk you (cause they don't have a car) and she said my mom isn't home.... I'm so ugh right now I'm not taking a kid somewhere we I have never met her mom or anything.
