Best friend got induced because baby wasn't getting enough fluids to her brain. But they won't induce you unless there is a complication with the baby and it's no safe for him/her to be inside you or you go past your due date or the baby just gets too big too fast and they may induce you. But it's up to the hospital not the doctor because they hospital isn't going to induce you unless it's a medical emergency and swelling and pain isn't under that category trust me I've asked already girl. I can't even walk hardly and they won't induce me. @mgurmen4495
I was induced cuz they didn't want me to go past 38 weeks but no sooner than 37 weeks cuz the boys coulda hurt themselves or clamped off their own cords cuz they didn't have much room
My Dr is maybe inducing me after 36 weeks due to baby girl being big but you have to have medical reason to be induced an the Dr can say yes to inducing you my Dr works for the same hospital I deliver at an it's up to her if I get induced or not. not the hospital
I was induced because I couldn't go back into labor. I went into preterm labor at 32 weeks and they were able to stop it but I couldn't go back into full labor on my own although I continued to contract and was almost half way when I went in to be induce I was 4cm when I whey in to be induced
I had chronic disabling migraines. Dr induced me at 40w because he showed no signs of coming out soon. Thankful for that cause he was 8.7! Hope your swelling eases!!
