Hope this isn't TMI but I just got the scare of my life! I wiped after going to the bathroom and there was a good bit of bright red blood on the tissue. Immediately I thought it came from my vagina but it was from going number 2. Is this normal? I feel gassy and my stool was especially hard in the beginning. I am so worked up because I thought it was coming from the vagina. I am only 16 weeks. Is this normal?

I actually double checked because I was so worried. It definitely isn't the vagina. I am also on blood thinners while pregnant so that's probably why it was so much.
