Have you had your blood sugar checked?? Typically that's a sign of GD. Could be your prenatals, Or you could just be really thirsty!

I get that.(like a metal cotton taste) its normal with pregnancy.

Yeah I'm the same way too, people told me those are signs of getting diabetes through your pregnancy but I actually past my glucose test. So I guess it's just normal. At night put water next to your bed so you can wake up and drink a little. It helps me having to do that, but you should be okay 👌
