I just do every 4 weeks as a new month. 
20 weeks-5 months 
24 weeks-6 months 
28 weeks-7 months 
-and so on and so forth

see I have that exact one too and I showd some people and they was like that's so wrong pregnancy months are a bit different from regular months I've heard and it's just so confusing
