I think traditionally a female family member of the mum to be organises it :) I haven't had one xD But yeah, you have food and cakes and have games such as guess the birth weight... how big is the bump etc :) There's lots of videos on youtube you can get ideas from etc Xx

@mich77 It doesn't have to be big or anything :) You could even organise it yourself. You never know...you may get surprised with one :) xx

@mich77, my mum was talking about this last night as she wants to host one for me. I think most of its to be a surprise for you but now a days in think some mommies to be host their own. If it helps check pinterest out too I love it for organising things and it gives you great ideas xx

@mich77, I was thrown a suppose baby shower, we had food, games, music, and lots of presents and not to mention CAKE! :) mine was just with family and a few close friends because not everyone actually knows I'm pregnant. Xx

I'm having a surprise baby shower my hubby and my friend are doing everything I only know day and time just so I know not to make plans on that day :) I have never had one and no idea what it's about :/ xx

I had my first baby shower with this pregnancy my sister suprissed me I throughly enjoyed had a lovely day n lots of lovely gifts xx
