Pack n play update 😤 so after all the visits to all the walmarts and calling multiple stores the manger just tells me to order it online and it will be shipped to the store at 8pm TODAY. 8pm comes and i get a text saying YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN CANCELED . Wtf ! I call cooperate and she tells me the order wasnt in the store so it was canceled i say isnt that why i had to order it online and have it shipped TO THE STORE in the first place. She tells me all she can do is order it again and it will be here in a week . The whole point of me ordering it online was because you told me it would be shipped today. So then she tells me i can call your local stores and you can just go there and purchase it again today. ( which means i would pay for it twice and have to wait for the other one to be refunded which takes days ) Wtf ! Ive been calling and going to all the locations and they dont have it once i get there. Even though it says they do or i call and they tell me yeah its there once i get there ITS NOT THERE ! So what store are going to call that i havent already ? She tells me well there's nothing she can do then i say well your like the 100th employee to tell me that in the last 3 days so who CAN help me ! Im so done with them this is exactly why i dont shop there and i never will again after this i will buy the extra money at target ! 😤😤😤😤😤

yeah I got mine at babies r us. Walmart plays too much and can be very unprofessional. talk to a manager or call corporate

Wow. I'm sorry that happened to you! Something fishy is definitely going on. I work in a furniture store and the only time something is cancelled is when a manager cancels it, either on purpose (a customer bought the item in the store instead before the item shipped to us) or by accident. It makes no sense that it would be cancelled for not getting there. To me personally it sounds like someone made a mistake and accidentally cancelled it and doesn't want to admit it, but I'm also not familiar with their policy. I hope you eventually find what you're looking for! I just go to target for everything too even if it is more expensive. Better service, better quality items, and you don't have to deal with all the people!

wow I can't believe the hoops you have been having to jump through. Yea we have just went the babies r us and target route because of so many bad experiences there. //: I'm sorry I hope this finally gets resolved for you.

For future reference you won't have to spend the extra money at target. They price match so basically if Walmart has something for $10 and target has it for $15 go to customer service and show them walmarts price and they will give it for that price . That's what I do because the Walmart is not near me and when I go they never have shit even though online says its in stock 🙄

Are you sure you want a pack and play? I thought I needed one and got one only to discover we never used it 😂 lol I don't think they're worth the stress I would just say f it! They're only really good if you were to travel.

Lol thanks ! i do that all the time and i worked at target so i get a discount anyways i just said that cause thats everybodys excuse to why walmart is better cause its cheaper @sassymama29

Lol np problem . That's perfect ! And they are cheaper with certain things but since I discovered price match I don't even waste my time going out there
