I don't know what they are, 19 wks seems too early for Braxton Hicks. But the last couple nights I've woken up to what I think they may feel like. And it hurts. Feels like everything tightens up on me. Last night I could feel it in my vag too. Should I be worried, it doesn't happen during the day so far, and I still fell my child moving around
