look up lactation cookie and smoothie recipes, do not take any meds that have antihistamines in them (allergy meds) that caused milk to dry up.... also if you take any medicine to dry up sinuses for a cold (nasal decongestants I beleive) it will dry the milk up as it's all connected.... if taking birth control pills do not get them with estrogen as that dries milk up.... nurse on demand for as long as it takes to regulate your supply.... talk to a lactation consultant
