So annoyed with brighthouse. They came today to add cable boxes to the house and instead they somehow disconnected our service, I called and they said they would have someone come from 6-8, well 8 came and no one was here, I called again and they said that they canceled the visit. Now I have to wait until tomorrow from 8-12 for someone to come, I was suppose to receive a confirmation call and I never did so I'm not even sure if they're coming. Now I have to wake up early to call them and make sure they come. Ugh. So annoy.
