Were you checked for dilation today? Sometimes you can spot afterwards.

No i was just checking cause havent had any of this cause i had got induced with my son due to he didnt want to come out and then my daughter was 8weeks early and had a csection

It's normal it's exactly what @justmarriedhavingaboy said. When it happened to me with my son, nothing when I wiped just in the toilet. If your too worried, could always call the on call nurse for your OB's office

But i also have been having heart burn and stomach cramps all day

It wasn't there when i wiped tho
