what do you all think of maternal and paternal leave. I agree with the moms getting paid maternity leave but now they want dads to get the same amount of time paid to be with the baby. I think its a bit obsessive what do y'all think?

If the father is involved he should have the same rights beings it is his child also!

My fiancé will get a week of paternal leave when our daughter is born but that's it !

the Army is giving my hubby two weeks time off once baby is here
