So My LMP was the 23rd of jan, had pinkish spotting on the 4th of feb for like literally a hour, then bleeding on the 5th for 30mins at the most. Been having backaches like crazy,Heartburn, nauseous, itchiness, headaches, shortness of breath,constipation,mood swings,boobs super tender and sore, gained a few pounds and fatigued.

I am a diabetic , i control my sugars with insulin... so other than that being a factor to my symptoms. ..could i be pregnant again?
