@jadenmom about 3-4 months. I did light workouts. it was hard to get a work out in when you have a baby and plus tired all the time! lol If your breastfeeding, it will help! give your body time. it's not going to snap back right away. Remember it took you 9 months for your body to change and grow a baby. it will take time for you to go back to your old body. You may find that your hips may stay a bit wider too. Don't stress#
