I took them my whole pregnancy. never had an issue and my OB said they're fine. it's the folic acid that's the main thing they want you to have. Bc you see that little word "may" in there, dha isn't proven to help with 💩😊 my baby girl is three months old, and absolutely perfect. take them. their fine!

It's fine to take but I would find a prenatal with dha in it that's what helps develop the brain and what not
