thats what helped me :) theres this thing called fairhaven fertal aid for women & men! that was my next step if it didnt help after a while! maybe u can try that aswell:)

i had sex the 30th (day before ovulation) and the first day of ovulation which was the 31st then the first and every other day also had sex on my peak day so I've definitely tried this month lol @expectingz
