This might be a tmi question .. Does anybody have pain in there no no square ? I have throbbing pain and when I push to go poop I'm afraid baby might come out , it hurts badly

I know my doctor said something about stretching and growing and it's tightening all the muscles some crap but basically it's normal and you shouldn't worry @shianaaa
