Cabbage leaves help to relieve pain :) I know it sounds weird but it works.

you are welcome, it's not instant, but it will help... if it gets unbearable hand express just enough to make it comfortable..... also I've heard frozen cabbage leaves in your bra helps.... and don't stand and let the hot water just run on them in the shower

anything that has antihistamines in it.... if it dries up sinuses it will dry up milk..... I was taking zyrtek when I had mine dry up

if you have any allergy meds take it, the antihistamines help dry milk up, I found this out after a failed pumping experience for my son :( but it will help you @thiya
