Fresh pineapple. Buy one, cut it up, and eat it. Do a lot of walking, too. And squats. I went into labor a few hours after I walked 13 blocks one way to get some pineapples and walked 13 blocks back to eat the pineapple while doing squats against the wall.
I'm definitely going to try walking tomorrow!! I have been having sharp pains down there today. Maybe this will push it over the edge and break my water!
good luck. my first entire last month I lived on 3rd floor so tons of walking, only sat on my exercise ball constantly moving, sex daily, sometime twice daily, ate pineapple fresh and etc. she still didn't come til 40w4d. lol.

@jakesmomma15, when the contraction get going stay as active as you can. Just wait to go in until your water breaks or you can't talk through your contractions. I kept thinking it was time but once my water broke and I started having real contraction I def didn't question it.
@jakesmomma15, stronger is a good sign! I thought it wasn't ever gonna happen too trust me, I'm sure most people do but it will. I'll keep on the lookout for updates
