I really wanna go natural but when I hear people saying it feels like getting your insides ripped out I'm like ehhhhh shit man Teyana Taylor had her baby at home .. No meds hmmm I just hope it's like this Glucose drink thing where some people are just really different or have low pain tolerances and describe it as death I'm hoping it's bearable the whole way without a epidural it will break my heart if I have to get one sheesh 😞

I had a natural birth with no epidural. It's not as bad as people make it seem, personally. Do kegals and pelvic exercises to help strengthen the vaginal muscles so you don't tear. You shouldn't have an issue unless you focus on the pain :)

Hmm thanks for the advice I though kegels would make me tighter before birth so I haven't been doing them🤔 I'll start today ! Gives me more hope😊😅

I had one with my first one. 18 1/2 hours and 50+ stiches later but I would do it all again.

Your my hero ! @lex140 what did you try to focus on to take your mind off the pain ?

I didn't do any exercises, and I ended up having a forced forceps delivery, unfortunately. I had second degree tearing internally and externally. But feeling the pain from it...I'd do it all over again. it made it more real

Well I fractured a couple of bones in my husbands hand. But other then that I was trying not to cuss the nurses out. Labor is hard, it's never easy but when they say you forget it all when you're holding your baby their right.
