This is the hardest week of my whole pregnancy. I'm in so much pain, period like cramps, sharp pains, back pain, headaches, bh contractions, and finally feeling real contractions they have to be the real thing, they hurt so bad but, very inconsistent, so much pressure in my pelvic area. I constantly feel like I have to pee, sometimes I go sometimes I only tinkle, I've been losing HUGE pieces of my mucus plug since yesterday, so much I've had to wipe literally 4 or 5 times every time I go to the bathroom, my lady parts hurt from it.. I also feel like I have the flu or something, freezing one minute and sweating, clammy the next, burning up the next... I've never been through pregnancy before so I have no idea what is going on... but I feel completely different, I really feel like my babygirl is ready and gonna make her appearance soon.. I just feel so horrible 😞

go to l&d maybe they'll keep you with you feeling the way you do

have you got checked to see if you are dilated? sounds like you should have your baby really soon!!

@arijane316, @caitbugg7 I went to l&d yesterday bc I felt like this, and I lost a huge piece of my plug, they sent me home. I'm 2 cm & 60% effaced. and today I feel even worse, had to cancel a nonrelated appointment this morning bc I could barely walk, so I called my doctor at the hospital this afternoon and he said that it all seems normal but I can go in if it gets unbearable. I don't know what to do, I'm so sore I limp when walking, my ankles are huge, my lower and middle back are throbbing. pretty sure I've lost the last of my plug throughout today, I feel sick. like I don't know what is going on lol I know I'm in early labor, but I don't like not know when it's real. I just wanna cry it's so frustrating to feel like this and get sent home from the hospital and then told it's normal. 😫😢

@wrd2016, That is exactly how I felt the day I gave birth to my son. I would recommend going back to L&D and telling them that you think you are in labor and tell them again what's going on. Tell them that you are extremely uncomfortable at home and want to be monitored.

@mamanelson23, i just don't wanna risk being sent home again... I feel helpless lol like I told the other girls, I went in yesterday and hadn't changed at all, contractions weren't consistent, which if I'm anything like my mom and sister my contractions ARE NOT going to straighten out, so they sent me home, today I feel the same. if not worse.. and I talked to my doctor and he said it's normal.. but said it it gets worse I can go in... but it always seems to get way worse at night.. I don't know if that's normal? I'm so confused lol but I hope she's coming soon... I'm miserable.. my next appointment is Monday... idk if I'll make it that far...

@wrd2016, I had irregular contractions that didn't exactly hurt for 7 hours and when I went in to the er that night I was 4 cm and 50% effaced

I would try and take it as easy as possible rest take a nice hot bath if this is early labor try to labor majority at home so you can be as comfortable as possible it's just the waiting game for you now girly good luck! !!

@mamanelson23, I'm hoping that I've progressed more by Monday since I've lost alot of mucus plug. idk how big a mucus plug is but ive lost ALOT! lol but I know I'm getting closer, bc I'm actually starting to hurt and feel contractions, I went from 0-2cm and had no idea, just had tightening @caitbugg7 I'm trying to take it easy, I feel better if i stay active but I'm so scared that I'm gonna listen to my doctor and not go in and by the time I'm checked again it'll be too late for an epidural or anything, I wanna have the choice of one of I want it. but your right, I don't wanna be stuck in that bed for 12 hours with no food or drink lol hopefully it's soon :) thanks mama!

@wrd2016, With my daughter I got my epidural and then took a nap because my mother in law told me to and my labor stopped completely for an hour. But once I got back into labor it only took like 2 hours once my labor started again lol.

@mamanelson23, wow, sound like you were lucky lol. I'm just worried that I'll get there too late for an epidural. my mom crowned at home with my brother bc she couldn't tell she was in labor bc her contractions didn't straighten out, it was like that with all her kids, and my sister has 3 kids and 2 of them were just like my mom, so my mom said they way I'm describing everything and from what she can tell I'll probably be the same way. I'm just really worried. nervous, anxious, soooo ready to do this though! I feel like babygirl is pretty much ready too.

I wonder, if you 'check' your own cervix, if you can feel her head? If you can, I'd go in and tell them "look I'm not leaving here until she's born"

@wrd2016, If that's the type of labor that runs in your family I would definitely go in and tell them what you just told me and then tell them that you aren't leaving until she's born like @arijane316 said to do.
