omg girl! I have a joint disorder so my hips pop out of place all the time and my back is all types of fucked up... sometimes I just have my boyfriend slowly put pressure on my hips while I'm laying on the floor completely flat and it cracks. now sometimes it doesn't work so I have him push my leg back like bend my knee still laying on the floor and go side to side with pressure. now that I'm so big we can't do that but I mean you can always try

@charleerose, That is what I do lay on the floor with my hand underneither to crack. and then cracking and streching and it helps for like a minute and then im bawling on my knees unable to get up.

do you have an exercise ball? sitting on one can help with alignment and rolling your hips while on it can help. also I heard wall squats??

I totally understand that! I can be walking and all of a sudden my hips like I'm done and pops out of place.. I normally end up it tears it seriously sucks. that's the only thing I'm worried about with labor. my hips dislocating

I actually went to physical therapy today for my hips. It was so uncomfortable.

@jaeparm, I dont have a ball but im doing the wall squats tomorrow well im going to try. @charleerose Oh man i so don't want that to happen to me I pray it wont. i was on my floor just moving my hips makes me cry. I just stood up and lost all of my balance. I think Adilynn is going to be an only child.
