If you like pretzels and you have nausea something fierce.. eat pretzels.. it really helps..
@lovebeingmom, that's so terrible. I can't imagine it being double because I can barely function now as it is with just one baby in there. I never had any sickness with my first 3 babies.. all brand new to me. I have b-6 as well. I'm hoping second trimester it slows down or goes away altogether.
@liveitwithlove, i totally understand. With my first i had hyperemesis gravidarum and with my second i had nausea but it wasnt really bad. I am pregnant with twins and the nause has been double what you get in single pregnancy. It really has been bad. My doctor gave my nausea medicine, vitamin b-6 or 16 i cant remember which one it is and also pills for the night. The pills only minimize the nausea but it doesnt take away and surely if i dont take it every four hours i start getting the whole nause back and it takes like two hours to calm down again
I'm so glad it helped you. Nothing helped me. So I take Phenergan every night almost. If I forget my body is sure to show me.
I was really bad nauseated to the point I thought I would throw up any minute and then I ate few of them and now my nausea is gone. @taylormarie1312
@liveitwithlove i know, i knew something was different because when i started my pregnancy i literally started feeling sick when i wasnt even considered being pregnant yet. I could barely function, my husband would have to most of the things because the nausea was just so intense i didnt even have the energy to do anything. I just couldnt handle. Thats how i knew something was different i didnt think twins but i knew it was different because i just felt the worse ever even with my first pregnancy that i had hyperemesis gravidarum i could still function i was throwing up most of the time but i could still do things. With this pregnancy it killed me because i already have two kids that i had to feed and just getting up was like i was carrying rocks, i had no energy at all.
