Yes. When I had my daughter they had me in the tub the next day. I had her natural and they offered like this herb bag that you can put in the tub. But yea..... I was taking my baths just not as hot as I usually would.
I have never heard of not being able to get in the bath post partum. My doctor recommends sitz baths at the very least to relieve episiotomy or tearing pain

No, they told me to wait 2 weeks I believe. Some doctors say 6 weeks
