Yup. Story of my life. Just left the doctor today and she said its only going to get worst in the upcoming days 😩

I use the U-by Kotex thin panty liners. They're not as thick as regular liners so you barely notice them. I go through a box of 50 about every 2 weeks 😩😩😩 but they're cheap (about $4 a box) and way better than wet panties lol
