Can anyone recommend me books on pregnancy and health, nutrition and in general? My husband bought me "What to expect when you're expecting". Did anyone read that?

To the moms with more than 1 child, how long did you wait before becoming pregnant again? I read that doctors recommend at least 18 months between pregnancies
