Any other preggie have bad anxiety?

So does mine @kim5309 and I have to use benedryl to calm and help sleep and inhaler for the short of breath moments.

i take meds but Im weaning off until after the baby is born.

My dr prescribed me meds for the anxiety but I try not to take it every day only when It hits me really bad.

Yes I try not to take meds in general ever. So she told me that benedryl will help at night when I have it and cannot sleep. It definitely helps. And it's safe! I just didn't know if it's normal to have it so often or not.
