honestly if my husband were arrested I'd leave him in jail. I don't want to be associated with someone who gets into trouble with the law. but that's just me.

@dja, least I'm not the only one. and @pixiestix generally if there is a court date the person would get a subpoena in the mail or papers stating they must show up to the court on such and such date.

well that's something I wouldn't let me husband sit in jail for cause he didn't do anything but forget to show up to court. but for something like drunk driving or other things I'd never bail him out.

he can fight the charges I've head courts not let my parents know about the date. they do it quite often.Just talk to them :)
