Back pain is fine contractions kinda feel like period cramps on crack when you have one you'll understand exactly what I mean, but don't worry the mucus plug grows back

nope nothing. sex can cause it to come lose, bh, baby kicking like 100 things. it regenerates meaning basically it'll remake itself. you're fine.
