There's two ways, the easier way is to cut the jalapeño in half and take out the seeds and core. Then just fill it with cream cheese and sausage. Then wrap it in bacon and bake at 350 for about 20-25 mins until the jalapeño is soft :) you could use hamburger meat if you don't want to use sausage or you could use just cream cheese.
