it's highly unlikely that it will effect your baby. I know it's hard but try to center yourself and deal with the emotions one step at a time. I went through the same thing while pregnant and I just had to tell myself to deal with it slowly and just kept thinking of my son everytime I got upset. it would help me calm down and cheer up. don't bottle everything up.. it's okay to cry and hurt. I'm always here if you need someone to talk to.
I lost my very best friend/family member when I was around 18 weeks pregnant. I upset myself so much that I was throwing up (hadn't had a lick of morning sickness my entire pregnancy). I had to force myself to calm down enough to stop being sick. It's extremely hard but if you're making yourself sick or get depressed, yes ig can effect your baby.
you need to grieve make sure you don't hold it in, crying is fine but stress and depression is not cry it out girl I'm sorry I know loss isn't easy I'm still not the same person @zxoxo
I had a devastating loss, I knew I had to keep myself calm to help my child, it actually happened the day after I found out the gender, so it made it even worse, and hurt 1000x worse.
I agree with these girls. just cry it out. it's always good to talk to someone. you can't let it get the best of you though. try taking baths or going for walks or watching movies. do things to help you get your mind off of the situation.
Grieving is okay, that's a part of the process of losing someone, just remember to do it in a healthy way and to seek help if need be, and to remember baby.
