Tylenol PM on the nights I'm hurting bad and can't sleep. I hate saying that but it's what I was told to do.

I take benadryl.

Unisom is honestly the only thing that works when it gets bad like that.

two pills. I buy the wall Mart brand. They work just the same. it is safe and you don't feel crappy the next day. My Dr recommend it.

hmm. I got so bad I told the Dr, I was falling asleep during the appt from it all, he gave me a script to help me sleep but this was two years ago with my first. def try the unisom and benadryl if they don't work ask your Dr for help. the last two months is horrible
