Anyone know the best time to get 3D/4D ultrasounds?? I'm 30 weeks. & should I get 3D or 4D?

I got one at 18 weeks and 5 days to determine gender and another at 34 weeks but she was so uncooperative that I had to go back at 35 weeks and she still wasn't anymore cooperative. I would go now so if the baby is uncooperative they can get him/her to move around. And baby will look pretty close to how it will at birth. ☺️
