I made homemade nacho cheese by using butter, little bit of flour, soy milk (regular milk will be better) and 8oz of cheddar cheese or shredded and let it melt as I stir it gently once finish add a can or two of rotel diced tomatoes and seasoned it with a bit of salt, and Cheyenne pepper and leave it on low to simmer@momma2kai
