Had my first appointment today and it's officially sunk all the way in that I will be someone's mother. Told my father and step mother today and they were absolutely ecstatic lol I wasn't expecting such excitement but I'm really glad I have so much support and acceptance from my friends and family!

I am 12 weeks and it just doesnt seem real to me still lol and im having twins so im already showing. I dont think it sinks in totally for me
