Your 20's I think is the healthiest. Cause after 35 doctor claim it's a higher risk for mom and baby. My aunt however is a trooper.. Had her first at 35 and her second at 40. She looks better than most teenagers! I'm jealous. Lol @marie_xo

I had my first at 25 it was a good age...... I would say 22-30

I started at 9 to. But the age they suggest to have your children is in your 20's. Your fertility begins to decrease after age 30. By 35+ if you become pregnant you will be put on high risk due to age. Your risk for high blood pressure doubles, gestational diabetes risk is 2-3xs more likely, c section possibility is 2xs more likely, & risk for Down syndrome & other abnormalities are more common.

Its crazy!! like i started when i was 12, so technically i was ready to have babies but DEFINITELY wasnt mature enough lol. Ive always wondered like if we start so early back in the day would we have started having babies at the age our period started?? I mean morally its wrong but HEALTHWISE its probably better! I would have been 15 when I had my first if that was the case but because I started my period later I'll get menopause much later
