How did you guys know your baby had gone head down and how early on did it happen?

i went in for an ultrasound today and my daughter is head down im only 23 weeks

I have bad pelvic pain, and my doctor says its from her being head down ready to come. It happen about 2 weeks ago. So I was like 33 weeks pregnant.

with my first baby I didn't know at all if she was head up or down, but every ultrasound she was head down, with my second she was breech at 27 weeks and one day her kicks just felt different, her hiccups were a lot lower and when I went for my 32 week ultrasound she was finally head down.

I'm 23 weeks and my babygirls head is down too

I was 12 weeks and my baby was head down, the lady said she never seen it head down so early but my baby wanted to be in a weird position she said today I'm 18 weeks and my baby had moved out of the position

Oh yeah girl, at 26 weeks they can still move around and be in any direction. That's what I was told until I was like 30 weeks or so.
