please help!!! my son has a rash in between the folds of his leg and butt crack. it started on one side then spread to his butt crack. I thought it was getting better because it was getting less red and looked liked it was going to dry up. now it got back red and it's spread to the other side and now it's on his balls. I use aloe Vera and aloe Vera powder I stopped using the diaper creams because they didn't work. I let him air out and started making his pampered looser. does anyone know what this is and how to make it go away. he's had it for almost 3 weeks

your welcome! coconut oil can be used head to toe, helps with dry skin, cradle cap and diaper rash. I put it on my boys 2 to 3 times a day and they have soft skin. it doesn't stain clothes like most oils do! and a lil bit goes a long way! you can also mix the aloe and coconut oil together, that works great, I recently started doing that and one of my boys had excema and mixing the two cleared it up.

My son had that. After each change let them dry out and use baby powder

I swear by butt paste. there was only once that it didn't help with a rash and we got prescribed nystatin and it got rid of it in one day. I didn't know that about the coconut oil though so I may have to try that too!
