Can someone please tell me what are the things you can eat while having gestational diabetes cause…

I'm basically on the verge of having gd, they're monitoring it to make sure my numbers don't go up, I was told stay away from anything high in sugar, and don't add extra sugar to anything, low carbs, plenty of water and lots of protein. I know that doesn't give you exact foods, but I basically had to Google everything.

I don't understand because my results came out good & when they first starting doing that finger stick to check my sugar everything was good which that was yesterday @their.bomb.ass.mom

thats weird, I did the 3 hour test and was told 2 of my numbers were good but one was failing, so I basically have it but not exactly? and my blood sugar test where they prick your finger was okay too. Maybe they're just being cautious.

It sucks because the food they're bringing me isn't enough to get full & I don't get to choose what I want to eat anymore & if I don't like what they bring most likely I won't be eating @their.bomb.ass.mom
