The only time my face did something like that was when I was in labor with my first baby and they had me pushing hard even though I had an epidural so I couldn't feel how hard I was pushing, and afterwards I noticed I had tiny blood blisters all on my face, that's my only experience with something like that.

see i threw up this morning and i havent thrown up in forever so i was straining kinda hard i kinda think thats why !! My doctor has no idea what it could be so she told me to just a lot of fluids and see if it goes away @cottonjen

@marie_xo that could be it, with straining hard..it will clear up on its own. It's just tiny vessels near the surface of the skin rupturing, and will clear up with time.
